This event has limited space available, and your reservation is only confirmed when payment is made. Reservations will be left open until October 21 or once all spaces have been filled.
This is an event for AHG girls, their troop leadership, and their parents/chaperones only.
This joint troops event is being arranged by Brandie Sheffield, AHG Troop 3110. The cost is $40 per person, and can be made payable via PayPal ([email protected]), Venmo (@BSheffie), or cash. Payment is non refundable as I am required to pay VLM upon registration. Please include names of all participants you are paying for and your troop information when you send payment.
Because these events book up quickly, rsvps and payment are due by 10/21/2024

Please note, this is not a drop off event. Troops that wish to participate must have leaders and/or female chaperones to safely keep track of your girls. All leaders and chaperones must also pay the $40 fee.
