Agni Vidya is an ancient elemental fire practice from the Vedic tradition of India, yet its relevance today feels more important than ever.
At its foundation is Agnihotra, a precise fire ritual performed with awareness. Through specific mantras, mudras, yantras, and natural materials, the practice works with the five elements — earth, water, fire, air, and space — the elemental forces that shape both our body and mind.
The Vedic seers began with the words:
“Agnimile purohitam” – I invoke Agni, the sacred fire, the divine mediator.
Fire is understood as the principle of transformation and the intelligence that aligns us with the greater rhythm of life.
In today’s world of constant stimulation, stress, and digital overload, this practice acts as a reset. It restores rhythm, regulates the nervous system, and brings clarity and grounding.
This is not a belief system. It is a direct, embodied method.

This is an introductory retreat, and no experience is required — only openness.
During this weekend you will learn:
• Sandhya Vandanam – how to consciously invoke and receive solar energy
• Mudra Kriya & Prana Kriya – subtle movements that create lasting shifts in the energy body
• Upa Yoga – simple yet powerful tools for awakening the feeling being
• Lagu Agnihotra Practice – a short daily Agni Vidya practice you can continue at home
• Vipancheekarana Kriya – a meditation from the ancient Tantric tradition connecting you to the flow of prana and elemental geometry
• Gayatri Maha Mantra – an introduction to this timeless tool of expanded awareness that leads from the elements to the transcendental
