It’s that time of year again where we come together to reflect on the season that has been and start planning for another exciting year ahead.
The 2026/27 season will mark the 20th season of Touch Papamoa, and we would love for you to be part of making this milestone a special one. Our club is built on the support and commitment of our amazing community — many hands truly do make light work — and together we can create a season to remember.
Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Touch Papamoa.
AGM Details:
Date: Sunday 19th July 2026
Time: 4:00pm
Venue: Freeport Restaurant, Bayfair
AGM Business:
The following matters will be discussed at the AGM:
Confirmation of the previous AGM minutes
Presentation of annual reports and financial statements
Presentation of member fees for the upcoming season
Election of the Committee and Patron
Determination of Life Memberships
Consideration of any proposed constitutional amendments
Any other business properly submitted prior to the meeting
A General Meeting will be held immediately following the AGM.
We would love to see as many members as possible attend as we celebrate 20 years of Touch Papamoa and look ahead to an exciting season.
