Members are advised that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Penrith Rugby Club Inc. will be held as follows:

Venue: Penrith Rugby Clubhouse, Andrews Road, Penrith NSW
Business of the Meeting will include:
Confirmation of minutes from the previous AGM
Presentation of reports
Presentation of financial statements
Election of Office Bearers and Directors
General Business
Nominations:
Nominations for positions must be made in writing and signed by two (2) voting members of the Club and the nominee.
Completed forms are to be lodged via email to [email protected]
by 5:00pm, Monday, 24 November 2025.

All financial members are encouraged to attend.
