AGM 41 Clubs Belgium 2026 - Leuven

Dear friends of the 41,
This year, our AGM will be held in Leuven. The members of the 41 Club Leuven 1 invite us all to enjoy a fantastic weekend filled with good cheer and friendship. The weekend will kick off on Friday for golfers. For the third time now, we are organising a golf tournament… an opportunity for amateurs to discover the nearby Tielt-Winge golf course. During the Get-2-Gether evening on Friday, we will meet in the city centre, on the Grand-Place, near the main hotel. For practical reasons, we will head to the outskirts of the city for the AGM and the Gala. (20-minute walk from the hotel) The first-division football club OH Leuven is hosting us at its stadium. They are providing us with parking right outside the entrance and modern facilities. A DJ and the well-known Round Table / 41 vibe will set the tone! Dit jaar gaat onze AGM door in Leuven. De 41’ers van 41 Club Leuven 1 nodigen ons allemaal uit voor een fantastisch weekend vol plezier en vriendschap. Het weekend begint op vrijdag voor de golfers onder ons. Reeds voor de derde maal organiseren we een golftoernooi… voor de liefhebbers een uitgelezen kans om het golfterrein van het nabij gelegen Tielt-Winge te ontdekken. Tijdens de Get-2-Gether vrijdagavond zien we mekaar terug in het centrum van de stad op de Grote Markt, vlakbij ligt het hoofdhotel. Om praktische redenen wijken we voor de AGM en het Gala uit naar de rand van de stad. (20 min stappen vanuit hotel) Eerste klasse voetbalclub OH Leuven ontvangt ons in hun stadion. Ze bieden ons parking voor de deur en een moderne accommodatie. Een DJ en de gekende Ronde Tafel / 41 ambiance zorgen voor de sfeer! Verdere details over het programma volgen later.

Cette année, notre AGM se tiendra à Louvain. Les membres du 41 Club Leuven 1 nous invitent tous à passer un week-end fantastique, placé sous le signe de la bonne humeur et de l'amitié. Le week-end débutera dès vendredi pour les golfeurs. Pour la troisième fois déjà, nous organisons un tournoi de golf… une occasion pour les amateurs de découvrir le parcours de golf de Tielt-Winge, situé à proximité. Lors de la soirée Get-2-Gether vendredi soir, nous nous retrouverons dans le centre-ville, sur la Grand-Place, à proximité de l’hôtel principal. Pour des raisons pratique, nous nous rendrons en périphérie de la ville pour l’AGM et le Gala. (20 min à pied de l'hôtel) Le club de football de première division OH Leuven nous accueille dans son stade. Il nous offre un parking juste devant l'entrée et des installations modernes. Un DJ et l'ambiance bien connue de la Table ronde / 41 seront là pour mettre l'ambiance ! Des informations détaillées sur le programme suivront.

in diesem Jahr findet unsere Jahreshauptversammlung in Leuven statt. Die Mitglieder des 41 Club Leuven 1 laden uns alle zu einem fantastischen Wochenende ein, das ganz im Zeichen von guter Laune und Freundschaft steht. Für die Golfer beginnt das Wochenende bereits am Freitag. Bereits zum dritten Mal organisieren wir ein Golfturnier … eine Gelegenheit für Amateure, den nahe gelegenen Golfplatz von Tielt-Winge zu entdecken. Beim Get-2-Gether am Freitagabend treffen wir uns in der Innenstadt, auf dem Grand-Place, in der Nähe des Haupt-Hotels. Aus praktischen Gründen begeben wir uns für die Generalversammlung und die Gala an den Stadtrand. (20 Min. zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt) Der Erstligafußballverein OH Leuven empfängt uns in seinem Stadion. Er stellt uns Parkplätze direkt vor dem Eingang und moderne Einrichtungen zur Verfügung. Ein DJ und die bekannte „Round Table / 41“-Atmosphäre sorgen für die Stimmung! Detaillierte Informationen zum Programm folgen.
