Aging Well in Toronto Program Series (July - December 2024)
Join us for the Aging Well in Toronto Program Series at the Toronto Public Library - North York Central Library, Room 1. This in-person event will run from July to December 2024, offering a variety of informative sessions to help you navigate aging and retirement in Toronto.

Session 4: Physical Health and Exercise
Date & Time: Tuesday November19th, 10:30am - 11:30am
Participants will explore the benefits of eating healthy and staying active as they age. In this fun and interactive session, participants will work through a physical exercise circuit which will highlight a variety of different low impact exercises designed to maintain range of motion and general fitness as one ages.
