This program is for older adults navigating difficult health decisions, the families taking care of them, and families with dependent adult children with disabilities. This talk will be followed by a Q&A session.
Aging Life Care Managers help older adults navigating the challenges of aging and make positive, informed decisions and plans. Their guidance leads people to the actions and decisions that ensure quality care and an optimal life for themselves or those they love, thus reducing worry, stress, and time off of work for family caregivers. Aging Life Care Managers are nurses and social workers who work in the following categories:
