Costs: € 350 for week-training (4-day-training, free day on Wednesday)
€ 95 for one day
Bookings for the whole week are preferred!
Summer Date 2 will only be available after Summer Date 1 is fully booked.

Timetable: 9:00 - 18:30 twice per day, in small groups
Food und Drinks: will be available upon request all the time in the hall
Accommodation: Camping at the venue with electricity / no showers (€ 10 / night)
hotels available close to the hall (5 min)
Official competition on 27.06. and 04.07.2026 on artificial grass

* Running Skills, Power & Balance
* Changes – What? How? When? Why?
* Develop basics at sequenzes & how to use on course
Please use only clean indoor shoes! Please be ready to start on time!
