Cooking Class Sign-Up (6 Classes)This is a cooking and food prep class that focuses on introducing recipes that will provide you with healthy, nutritious, and budget friendly snack and meal ideas. This group will meet 6 times throughout October and November. Each meeting will be about 1.5 hours and will include time to eat the foods that we prepare! All participants will be given a “Cooking Matters” participant guide/cookbook.
Pre-registration is required. Minimum 6/Maximum 14.
Dates: Tuesdays; October 8th, 15th, 29th + November 12th, 19th, and 26th.
*Some of these dates may be subject to change if a scheduling conflict arises.
Time: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Cost: Free to all (CLASS OPEN TO FIRST TIME PARTICIPANTS)
