About this Event
Welcome to the Agents of Change Youth Conference!
Agents of Change exists to see the light of Jesus radiate outward and dissipate the darkness by the power of the Holy Spirit. Our desire is to encounter the manifested presence of God that will bring a real change and transformation to cities, communities, churches, and businesses.
Our Speakers:
Harry Renta is the founder of Agents of Change and also the founder of Kingdom Benefit Group whose mission is to provide mentorship, entrepreneurial tools, and resources to offer insurance agents a robust support system to take the difficulty out of growing their business.
On November 12, 2014, Harry came to the Lord in a way that radically transformed his life and altered the trajectory of the lives of his family and future generations forever. For the last ten years, he has dedicated himself to biblical studies, teaching, leadership development and reaching his community with the gospel. He has a passion for helping others reach their potential and excel as leaders to impact their communities. He is the Evangelist Leader and runs the outreach ministry, Hope Nation, at Arise Church. His heart is to bring the gospel wherever he goes.
Harry serves his community through various outreach opportunities including coaching little league baseball in his hometown of Deland, where he gets to pour into and pray with the youth on his team with the goal of helping them develop confidence, trust, and faith. He is married to his wife, Michelle Renta, who is also in leadership at Arise Church. Together, they are raising 3 magnificent children to follow what's true with Fear Of God.
Marc Antoine, was born in Haiti but grew up in Philadelphia. After receiving his M. Div and MA in International and Economic Development, he moved back to Haiti as a bi vocational missionary. While in Haiti he helped launch missional businesses and led an international organization while training up disciples. He is currently back in the US, living in Orlando, Fl with his wife and two toddler boys. He is an MBA professor and venture capitalist. He is a Pastor at The Kingdom Church and also pursuing a PhD at Fuller Seminary.
Joshua Washington, I’m a small town kid from Immokalee FL. Growing up this was one of the poorest cities in the U.S., and after leaving home, I really struggled trying to find my way and place in this world. Through many challenges and failures, I learned what it takes to unlock higher levels of one’s potential and experience real success in life. Now, I want to help others achieve the same. I’ve built a really good life for my family and myself over the years. Through this journey I’ve developed a framework that will help you build the same.
Michelle Hamilton, A proud native of New York, Michelle spreads her message of “building youth” on a global scale. She holds an Associate of Science Degree in Accounting. Also, a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from the renown Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. Moreover, Michelle earned an MBA in International Business. She is obtaining a second Master's in Ministry and Leadership from Fuller Seminary. Today, Michelle is the Director of a Youth Organization, the Creative Director for The Greatest Investment Girls Leadership Program, and a Professional Speaker. Facilitating high-impact workshops and personal and professional coaching domestically and globally. Her passion for people is unmatched and you’ll see her chronicle that love on Michelle’s various Social Media Sites.
Red Tips, real name is Aaron Barker. As a four-star recruit in high school who squatted 460 lbs, he wore dreads whose tips were colored red, giving his nickname which stuck with him into his faith-infused music.
“When I go places, people say, ‘Oh, red tips, you’ve been dipped in the blood of Jesus,’” he recounts. “I’m like nope, it’s not that deep.”
He was raised in Wauchula, FL. His dad is a pastor at Higher Ground International Ministry who brings his DJ turntable to church, ministering with Hip Hop during worship service. Red Tips picked up his music slant from Dad.
He ministered alongside Dad even though in high school he started living some inconsistencies. “In high school, I wasn’t all the way in,” he says. “I was a hypocrite.”
He attended college in California, and at age 21, he re-encountered God and came clean from his life of hidden sin.
His first plan was not to be a rap artist but a missionary. He attended Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry and went on short-term missions to Tibet, where he saw Christians who were persecuted. On a trip to Brazil, he saw Christians living in trash dumps.
“We pray for things here [in America] like ‘Lord, bless my day, please give me blessings’,’” he told Rapzilla. But in some countries, particularly where believers face persecution, the prayer is: “‘Lord, I pray that you bless me with the opportunity to be a martyr. I want to go to the lowest of lows. I want to go to the most dangerous places.’”
