Ageless Adventures is a week-long family program that blends generations and enables grandparents (or parents) to participate in a class with a youthful partner.
Participants will vary their pace of movements as we switch our exercises around the paths in Sholom Park. We will do a fast walk, turn the walk into a skip, then a frog hop. Join us to find out what other surprise moves we will be doing. There is no competition, just fun and games and enjoyment in the park!
NOTE: When registering the younger participant(s), please use the adult's address so our staff and faculty will know which individuals are participating together.
