She leads the longest research project on aging in Ireland and is author of the best selling book “Age Proof.” What can we do now to extend both our life and health span ? Many of the things suggested by her years of research are within our capacity and grasp, so come along and learn about we can all age better and live happier and healthier lives into our later years.
