AGAVE Sin Fronteras: Santa Fe brings together producers, bartenders, educators, importers, and enthusiasts for four days of seminars, cocktail events, tastings, and community gatherings in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
“Sin Fronteras” reflects the festival’s spirit of collaboration and cultural exchange within the agave community.
Anchored by the Grand Tasting at Joe’s Tequila Bar on Saturday, June 27, this festival celebrates tequila, mezcal, sotol, raicilla, bacanora, and independent agave spirits through fun, interesting, and educational community-oriented events.

Info: Paloma invites you into El Jardín, for a late night mezcal tasting and an izakaya interpretation of Oaxacan and regional Mexican cooking.
Mezcalería Paloma is a place for mezcal induced analysis. Over copitas and delicious plates, we will explore our responsibilities within the agave industry, how we feel either deeply connected or divorced from the landscape and communities of mezcal production, and all the wild revelations between taste, body and meaning.
