In this hands-on cocktail lab, we’re putting the spotlight on on a trio of our handcrafted agave spirits — blanco, reposado, and añejo — each bringing its own depth and character to the glass.You’ll be guided through the creation of three distinct cocktails, each built to highlight the unique qualities of these expressions. From crisp and citrusy to rich and spirit-forward, we’re going beyond the margarita to showcase what agave can really do. Then, you’ll step into the role of mixologist and design your own custom cocktail using a variety of fresh ingredients, syrups, spices, and garnishes.
Whether you’re a tequila traditionalist or just agave-curious, this is your chance to explore, experiment, and enjoy.
