Agata Karczewska /Kar-chev-ska/ is a Warsaw-born singer-songwriter who brings a mix of American folk and country influences to her music. Self-taught on guitar and driven by her love for storytelling, she creates songs that are both simple and deeply personal.
Her debut album, I’m Not Good at Having Fun (2019), showcases her unique approach—stripped-down, heartfelt and unafraid to be vulnerable.
Her collaboration with John Porter led to the 2023 album On The Wrong Planet, a project that continued her signature blend of sincerity and raw emotion. The album won them a Fryderyk award in 2024, Poland’s version of the Grammy, cementing her place as a standout voice in the music scene.
In December 2024, she released a new EP Not My First Rodeo, featuring more of her storytelling and honest lyrics.
