Ag -Xtension Fall Fest Sponsorship

In 2023, we had over 1,000 attendees who participated in workshops on topics like air layering propagation and Florida sea vegetables, led by experts from UF/IFAS. This year will also include an Open House, tours of our Butterfly Garden, 4-H Farm, and the grand reopening of our Nature Trail. We will also have crafts for kids, and food trucks.

This FREE annual event features plants grown by our Master Gardener Volunteers from Natives, to pollinator plants to Florida-Friendly plants, this event will also have educational workshops, and vendors focused on sustainability and locally sourced goods.

We invite you to consider our sponsorship opportunities. With strong expected attendance, this event is a great way to increase your visibility among community members, including retirees, families, and outdoor enthusiasts. Sponsorship levels offer various promotional opportunities to help you stand out. We appreciate your support and hope you’ll join us this year!

Lettuce Sponsor You - $3,000 (One Opportunity Available)

Increase your company’s visibility with attendees and beyond! The presenting sponsor will have their name/logo featured on all advertising materials: print, digital, and radio. Sponsor’s name/logo will also be featured on the event banner, promotional items, and event signage. Sponsor will also receive a 10’ X 20’ vendor space in a prime location at the event and an opportunity to display anything from their business.

Sprout Supporter — $1,000 (Multiple Opportunities Available)

Have your name in front of event attendees as well as a wider audience as promotional items displaying your name/logo are used during and after the event. Sponsor’s logos will appear on the event promotional items and on event signage*. Sprout Supporter sponsors will also receive a full-page advertisement space in the event program.

Golden Shovel Sponsor— $800 (Multiple Opportunities Available)

Have your name in front of event attendees as well as a wider audience as promotional items displaying your logo are used during and after the event. Sponsor’s logos will appear on the event promotional items, the event program, and on signage at the raffle basket tent. Golden Shovel sponsors will also receive a half-page advertisement space in the event program.

Seal the Deal Sponsor—$500 (Multiple Opportunities Available)

Have your name in front of event attendees as well as a wider audience as promotional items displaying your logo are used during and after the event. Sponsor’s logos will appear on the event promotional items, the event program, and on signage at the raffle basket tent. The Seal the Deal sponsors will also receive a quarter-page advertisement space in the event program.

Kids Corner Sponsor—$300 (Multiple Opportunities Available)

In Kind Donations

Fantastic raffle baskets are given away at this exciting event. Have attendees remember your name as they use their prizes all year long. Your company will be recognized by event organizers as s/he initiate the prize drawings as well as having your logo placed on signage at the raffle tent. We accept gift cards, coupons, gifts.
