🕐 1-3 p.m.
• World Without Cows screening
World Without Cows offers a richer, science-driven perspective on the role of cattle—and agriculture more broadly—in nourishing people, ecosystems, and economies. 🕙 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
• CAS Quiz Bowl
Hosted by the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics and the Dean’s Office, this spirited trivia competition brings together ag students to test their knowledge on everything from soil science to ag policy. 🕠 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
*This event is open to College of Agricultural Sciences students only
⭐️ Friday 9/5 ⭐️
• Ag Fest
End the week on a high note at Ag Fest, a vibrant outdoor celebration of agriculture at CSU.
