Donna Koontz is an author, speaker, and the founder of Balanced Living, a professional training and coaching organization whose focus is on activating our highest potential while cultivating a humanity of awakened hearts and compassionate minds.. Donna is a Heartmath Certified Trainer and has been a licensed coach/mentor since 2007 . Utilizing a science based - heart centric approach Donna has designed and presented hundreds of workshops and seminars globally, transforming lives in both the personal and professional realms. She is passionate that “Collaboration is the new currency” and our greatest commodity is our own heart and the capacity it holds. Donna led AFWA thru a fantastic Vision Board Party in 2024 and we are so grateful to welcome her back again this year!
