In celebration of their new release, our featured performing guest is Reggie Edmonds-Vásquez, a poet, educator, and cultural curator from Richmond, CA. Their work explores Black, queer, and gender-diverse identities and has earned recognition from Nomadic Press, Afro Urban Society, and the Museum of the African Diaspora. A three-time Berkeley Grand Champion and national finalist, they direct programming at Rich Oak Events. Their debut chapbook Ecology of the Hood (Foglifter Press) was selected for the 2025 Start a Riot! Chapbook Prize.
Come join us for a night filled with amazing performances from talented individuals in our community hosted by Richmond's Poet Laureate, Stephen Sharpe. Whether you're a singer, dancer, poet, or comedian, this is your chance to shine on stage!
