Afternoon Urban Retreat: Open Creativity with Spaces of Silence

(re)Create exists to curate contemplative, imaginative, reflective, and inclusive urban retreats that focus on the transportive power of art and creativity to bring people to places of self-discovery, growth and transformation.

This afternoon retreat is designed to offer you a place for silence, short guided meditations, digital-detox and space to focus on creative expression(s) of self-discovery. Everything is included in the day; just bring yourself and an open mind for creating. There will be various creative outlets for you to choose from, but feel free to bring along your own tools if this will help you to find your rhythm in the retreat.

For this creative session we will have supplies available for the following activities:

knitting / crochet

drawing

writing/journaling

Doors open from 1.45pm for a 2.00pm start

Coffee, tea, cake, and fruit will be available throughout the afternoon
