So together we are hosting Afternoon Tea to raise not only cash - but awareness!
Always thinking of others, Tara has shared her experience and
bravely documented every step of her journey so she can help those who may just be starting out on theirs.
Reaching out to those who may be anxious, bewildered - and alone. She's on a mission to help combat this fear of the unknown.
