Join us for an illuminating celebration of Imbolc at Haven HdG, hosted by Spirit Garden and A Truth Seeker's Daughter. Imbolc marks the midpoint between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. Celebrate the dawning of spring. Explore the rich history and symbolism of Imbolc, a sacred festival honoring the Celtic goddess Brigid. Brigid embodies the promise of spring's return, as the patroness of of fire, creativity, and renewal. For Christians, this is Candlemas and the celebration of St. Brigid.
Participants will tap into their own creative energy with 2 different crafts to do during this class.
Craft 1: Weave a Brigid's Cross - a traditional symbol of protection, blessing, and renewal
Craft 2: Herbal Milk Bath - Choose between powdered goat's milk or Powdered Coconut milk and a selection of herbs and botanicals to create your own nourishing bath or foot soak.
