PROGRAM AT A GLANCE (DAY-BY-DAY)
Day 1 — Arrival & Opening Dose
You’ll settle into the villa, meet your clinical team, and ease into grounding practices. As the sun sets, we begin with an optional gentle opening session (low-dose) — a primer designed to relax the body, loosen defenses and familiarize you with the medicine.
Day 2 — Intention Setting & Dosing Session One (Primary Dose)
The day opens with intention-setting, and connection with your team. Your first major dosing session follows — a fully supported therapeutic journey led by PhD-level psychologists and trained guides. Afterward, you’ll rest quietly, held by your team, with space to decompress and begin soft internal processing.
Day 3 — Integration Through Art & Beach Immersion
We shift into a full integration day. The morning begins with a therapeutic art process led by our artist-guide to help insights take form. This moves into a group integration circle and a curated beach immersion — a grounding day designed to help your experience settle into the body. Evening closes with a warm, heart-opening cacao ceremony.
Day 4 — Deep One-on-One Support & Closing Bonfire
This day is devoted to personalized clinical care. You’ll spend dedicated one-on-one time with your PhD psychologist to explore themes, emotions, and shifts emerging from your journey. As night falls, we gather for our closing bonfire — a community ritual marking transition, closure, and the beginning of your new path.
Day 5 — Departure & Integration Plan
Your final morning includes a closing circle, a written clinical summary, and a personalized integration plan and scheduling for optional AfterCare (6 weeks of post-program clinical integration). You’ll leave with clarity, grounding, and tangible steps to support long-term transformation.
