As the longest day of the year comes to a close, join us for an evening of movement, recovery, connection, and intentional self-care.
Hosted by The Wellness Affair at The Hot Spot, Benicia's newest wellness destination, Afterglow is a curated Summer Solstice experience inspired by golden hour, European spa culture, and the art of ending the day well.
Be among the first to experience The Hot Spot's beautiful new space, featuring a heated Pilates studio, red light therapy lounge, and recovery amenities, during one of the first signature community events hosted at the studio.
The evening begins with an energizing Hot Pilates class designed to ignite the body and elevate your energy. From there, you'll move into a series of restorative experiences including red light therapy, a sound healing journey led by Livi Love, wellness activations, thoughtful rituals, and meaningful connection with a community of like-minded women.
As the sun sets, we'll gather for an Italian-inspired aperitivo experience featuring elevated refreshments, wellness treats, and moments designed to help you slow down, savor the season, and celebrate the transition into summer.
