Eric trained at The Culinary Institute of America (A.O.S., Culinary Arts), blending rigorous technique with creativity. From fine dining to comfort food, he brings a thoughtful, innovative, and accessible perspective to the kitchen, exploring how culture, technique, and flavor shape the way we eat.
