Jorge Eduardo Carrasco currently serves as the Technical Director and Men's Team Coach at Brooklyn City FC, where he oversees player development, coaching education, and the implementation of a professional-level training curriculum. Previously, he served as Director of Coaching for Aspire Futbol Club, leading the development of players from U7 through U19 and helping guide teams to national, regional, and state championships. With over a decade of coaching experience and multiple U.S. Soccer coaching licenses, Jorge is recognized for building player pathways that combine technical excellence, tactical intelligence, and long-term development. His coaching philosophy is deeply influenced by his own playing career, which began in the prestigious youth academy system of Cruz Azul in Mexico. Having experienced the demands of elite youth soccer firsthand and participated in professional combines across the United States, Jorge brings a unique perspective on what it takes to develop players for success at the highest levels of the game.
