After Work: Wine with Friends

Terroir translates to how location shapes the quality of wine. This series is centered on building social connections with fellow wine lovers while learning more about wine in an approachable way. In After Work: Wine with Friends, we gather to socialize, explore different wine regions, and still make it home and in bed before 11 p.m.

Expect an eclectic R&B and Neo Soul Playlist as the soundtrack to your conversations.

Wine is a language. One that carries stories, memories, and friendship. This series was inspired by journeys throughout the curator’s life, from road-tripping along the California coast in search of small wineries, to sharing bottles across Southern Africa, to plane-hopping through France to learn more about the craft and culture of winemaking.

Carefully curated wine menus will be selected exclusively for this event, each with its own story and journey. The evening begins with a short 30-minute game session, followed by a guided wine tasting featuring 4 thoughtfully selected wines with 2–3 oz pours. After the tasting, there will be plenty of time to mingle, connect, and get to know the other guests with games and light music in the background.
If you discover a wine you love, the bar has bottles available.
