Are you feeling down, nervous, displaced, angry, hopeless, numb?Join your Hickory Nut Gorge neighbors as Twyla Wilson, a Licensed Social Worker, leads a conversation about healing after trauma. There will be time for small group discussion as well to share coping strategies to work through the emotional aftermath of Hurricane Helene.
Meeting will be at the Game Room of Legends on the Lake with light refreshments provided. You're welcome to go to the restaurant and continue the conversation over lunch with new friends.
