Following the recent Blood Moon Total Lunar Eclipse, we gather to integrate and ground.
Blood Moons and Lunar Eclipses are traditionally associated with emotional release, completion, and internal shifts.
Our journey guides the nervous system through a process of:

* Releasing
* Integrating
* Grounding
Whether you already know what you’re letting go of this cycle or want space to discover it, this is an intentional inward journey — time to surface what’s ready to move and process it with care.
* Please bring your own yoga mat! We will have blankets to share and a couple of extra mats for those who don't have one.
