Leadership tabletop on insider threats, trust, and cross-functional response when suspicion starts inside the organization.
About this Event

Some of the hardest moments in a leader's career don't come from outside the organization. They come from inside it.

In this session, Jen Lotze returns to facilitate a new After the Alarm scenario: one where the suspicious activity is real, the evidence is incomplete, and the person at the center of it is someone your team trusts.

Attendees will work through an insider threat situation as it unfolds in real time. Security concerns surface first. Then come the HR implications. Legal gets involved. Internal communication pressure builds. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, people across the organization are already talking.

This is not a technical response exercise. It's a leadership one.

What makes insider scenarios uniquely difficult is not the technology. It's the human stakes on every side of the decision. Acting without certainty. Protecting the organization and the individual. Holding trust together when your team is looking to you for answers you don't yet have.

Participants will leave with a clearer picture of how insider situations actually unfold, where cross-functional response tends to break down, and what decisive leadership looks like when trust, reputation, and risk all land on your desk at once.
