After you get your fill of Turkey and grab that new vinyl on Black Friday, why not come share your new found musical gems with your "real" family: other music lovers! :)
Registration is not required, but it will help us plan and make sure we have enough staff and materials for the event. So if you think you are going to attend, Please Sign Up!
There are no admissions or donations required to attend this event. We will gratefully accept donations to support Center For Recorded Music 501(c)(3) and our mission. We will be requiring donations if you want Snacks and Beverages during this event.
Join us Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 2:00-8:00pm for a post RSD Black Friday 2024 event. We will give your new records a quick clean and play tracks and sides on a first come first played basis.
Want to share something else, we will gladly let you share non-RSD titles from your collection on vinyl, CD, tape, or 78. Don't want to play anything? No problem at all! We are happy to have you come listen to other people's selections, or to help clean your albums, or just let you show off your new claimed treasures!
Limit 5 records cleaned per person as time permits. Records will be cleaned with a combination of VPI, Pro-Ject, and Keith Monks machines using Kansas City's own GrooveWasher cleaning fluids.
