'After Ike' preview screening and panel discussion with WITF

The History Center and WITF will host a free sneak peek of "After Ike," a documentary about the longest motorized military convoy assembled by humankind. The preview will be held June 26, a week before the film airs on WITF-TV July 5. "After Ike" retraces the journey of Dwight Eisenhower, who made the trip from Washington, D.C., to San Francisco in 1919. Watch the trailer below for a taste.The screening is offered in coordination with the Lincoln Highway Association Pennsylvania Chapter in the association's national conference in York that week.
After the screening, a panel of experts will discuss “the journey that changed America” during a live taping of "The Spark" with Asia Tabb.
