Tap into your ability to control your breathing to improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Experience patterns of breathing that will help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, enhancing relaxation, focus, and creativity.
Surround sound headphones will be used to enhance your guided breathing and meditation practice. We'll be using binaural beats and different frequencies so you can sink deeper into meditation and achieve a more profound sense of relaxation and focus. Plus, the surround sound headphones can help you detach from outside distractions and enter a state of deep reflection.

Please arrive by 5:50 pm (10 minutes before the session begins and before the shop closes) to settle in for a truly unique breathing and meditation experience.
