As the sun begins to set, After Glo transforms golden hour into an immersive wellness experience designed to awaken the senses and cultivate meaningful connection. Blending mindful movement, music, recovery, and community, this annual signature event invites guests to slow down, sweat together, and savor the glow that follows.
Inspired by the five senses—touch, taste, sight, smell, and sound—the evening offers a thoughtfully curated journey that feels both energizing and restorative.
6:00–7:30 PM | The Golden Hour Movement Experience
AWAKEN (15 Minutes)
SOL Guided Vinyasa with Kristen M.
Grounding breathwork, intentional movement, and mobility practices designed to awaken the body, quiet the mind, and prepare for what's ahead.
STRENGTHEN (60 Minutes)
Mat Pilates with Kristen M. & Avery P.
An energizing full-body Pilates experience focused on strength, endurance, and mindful movement—creating a collective sweat while moving in rhythm with the sunset.
SOFTEN (15 Minutes)
Sound Bath Meditation with Melissa C.
A restorative sound experience that encourages relaxation, recovery, and a moment to fully absorb the energy of the evening.
7:30–9:00 PM | The AfterGlo Social
The experience continues with a vibrant wellness social designed for connection, conversation, and discovery.
