After Dark Walk & Wellness Social

Join us for an interactive night walk in Bute Park where we will explore and engage with the sounds of nature after dark.

As we take a stroll through the park, we will engage in mindful activities designed to awaken our senses and deepen our appreciation of the natural world around us.

To end our evening, we will continue our wellness social at Cardiff Market, where the food vendors have agreed to stay open late.

This is a great opportunity to help appreciate and support local independant businesses.
