AFTER 82

After 82 owner, Rodney Carter and Latona Expansion Group LLC present an exclusive, one-night unveiling of selected works by internationally, recognized geometric abstractionist and the honorary founder of Speed Graphics, Ron Krivosheiw. His innovations in Iris printing helped birth the desire for the giclée fine-art print. Krivosheiw’s dedication to the industry put him in rooms with Andy Warhol, Salvadore’ Dalí, and Annie Leibovitz. His five-decade career bridged the unification of print studio and canvas.
Mr. Rodney Carter will release the “Gallery 82 Collection” with a live musical response by Jeferson Ciarvi (Human Robot). Latona Expansion Group LLC proudly brings this exhibit to a historic Detroit nightclub ahead of its grand opening.
Attendance will provide a rare opportunity to acquire pieces from this iconic pioneer.
