On 7 March 2025, join us to celebrate International Women’s Day under the theme #LeadLikeHer, We are dedicating March 7th to empowering, nurturing, and developing women in the workplace. Our purpose is to create a meaningful impact in the lives of women leaders by enabling a robust network that offers safety, sponsorship, and opportunities. Afropolitian #LeadLikeHer is a gathering to create and sustain an Ecosystem that can offer support and resources to help Black women enhance their capabilities and achieve their full potential.

The event will feature Black women speaking about their identities, experiences, and images of Black women in corporate America. It’s time to challenge gender norms, empower each other, celebrate diversity, break stereotypes, and reject the binary. We hope to inspire efforts towards mobilizing and taking action against gender bias, discrimination, and violence to bring the benefits of equality to us all.
