About this Event

Afrodisiac brings Amapiano Takeover back to MIA Toronto for edition three — a late-night session made for people who actually dance. If you care about Amapiano first, this is your room.

We’re building a home for Amapiano, Afropiano, and the community that lives this sound, after two packed Takeovers at MIA. The Masketeers lead the night, GASAI is on support, and Noisemaker (The Noise of the 6) is on the mic from start to finish. Expect soulful grooves, private school, sgidongo energy, and a closing touch of Gqom.
