Featuring renowned dance instructors and performing artists from across Latinx communities:

• Tamara Williams y Luciano Xavier (Bloco Afro-Ayedum)
• Son de Pueblos (Charlotte artists from various countries): Presents a vibrant performance featuring celebrating Afro-Caribbean rhythms & Dance) Venezuelan Afro Tambor, Afro Peruvian Festejo
• Bodoma Garífuna (Garifuna Nation): A unique presentation of Punta and Jankunu, traditional genres of the Garífuna nation.
• Rafael Cepeda y Víctor Quiñones (Puerto Rico)

This Black History Month, we don’t just participate—we create, we celebrate, and we transform. Our vision is to engage the community in a distinctive experience that honors Afro-Latinx heritage within the African diaspora.
