AFRO DANCE CLASS IS BACK!!

Join us for a high-energy experience full of music, movement, and fun. Each session kicks off with a full-body stretch and warm-up to lossen your musicles and get you in the groove. Then, our amazing instructors will guide you through a variety of Afrobeats dance moves, breaking them down step-by-step so everyone can keep up-no matter your level. You'll learn the foundation of different Afro styles and techniques while building rhythm, coordination, and confidence. The class ends with a chance to put everything into a full routine, giving you that final performance energy and a great cardio workout. Whether you're beginner or experienced dancer, these once-a-month sessions are the perfect way to move, connect, and celebrate culture.
