African Odyssey - Five Courses. One Wild Culinary Journey @ Mike’s Bistro

Five course degustation dinner with flavours from across the continent and an "African Sunset" mocktail on arrival. The safari starts in Mozambique, heads up through central Africa all the way to Morocco and Ethiopia relishing the Campfire and culminating with a Sweet Sunset in the Cape of Good Hope. Celebrating the spirit of "Ubuntu" (I am because we are) the true spirit of Africa.
