Yao Agoeyovo, founder of African Fashion Week Vancouver, will kick off the event with an inspiring talk on the dynamic fashion scene and its role in promoting collaboration and cultural exchange.
Explore fashion books and other inspiration from the library's collection including: New African Fashion, Now You See Me: An Introduction to 100 Years of Black Design, African Fashion, Global Style, Africa Rising, Supreme Models: Iconic Black Women Who Revolutionized Fashion and Black Mona Lisa by Billy Porter.
