About this Event
On Tuesday March 4 & Monday, March 24, Englewood resident Mounanou Badíla will give instruction in African Drumming.
Due to the limiteed number of slots available, registration is only possible at

We have a limited number of drums available, so registration is limited to 7 drums, although there might also be some other instruments so you can join in for those on the waiting list.
If you can bring your own drum, you can attend without registering, leaving that spot for someone else.
Mounanou Badíla has over 20 years of experience performing and teaching traditional Congolese songs and dances with djembe drums and other African instruments.
Among the many benefits include Improving short term memory, enhanced coordination, stress relief, self-esteem and communications skills.
Because these are valuable drums from Mr. Badila's collection, all attendess will need to sign an indemnification agreement at the program that any damage by the attendee will need to be reimbursed.
