African Dance Workout

Kukuwa® fitness classes are a blend of Afro-beats meshed with energetic vibes and body isolations to help individuals burn calories and tone their body. The class gives participants an introduction to Kukuwa® African Dance.

In this class participants learn how to move their Boombsey, Core Abs, Arms, Legs and Hips in ways they didn't know existed. This total body workout burns up to 1000 calories in 60-minutes. It features energizing songs and movements derived from the continent of Africa.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Free parking in front of the gym and along the nearby streets.

What can I bring into the event?

Water Bottle (optional).  A towel for the SWEAT Dripping off your Body. There will be a purified water cooler for free water and refills.  Water bottles are available for purchase. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

 No
