Led by the incredible Elisa Guzman of BeMotivity, with live beats from Raziel Ferreira, Josh Montañez, and Daniel Montañez of The AfroRhythmics, this exhilarating workshop will ignite your body and soul.
This one-of-a-kind class blends dance, strength, and joy, powered by the heart-pounding rhythms of The AfroRhythmics. Elisa’s vibrant energy will inspire you to move, sweat, and connect with the power within you. All fitness levels are welcome—just bring your bare feet, a positive attitude, and get ready to groove! This is a family-friendly event—fun for all ages!
More than a workout, this is an experience—high-energy, entertaining, and yes, it will challenge you! Elisa’s passion for dance and the live drumming will ignite your spirit as you move your body and uplift your soul.

About Elisa: Elisa Guzman of BeMotivity is a passionate dance instructor, wife, mom, and fur mama who understands firsthand the challenges of balancing self-care with life’s responsibilities. Working full-time while caring for her family, she knows how difficult it can be to create space for wellness while tackling daily commitments.
For years, Elisa put her own health and self-care last, pouring herself into her roles as a wife and mother. It wasn’t until she returned to dance that she truly began to feel like herself again—not her old self, but a new version, evolving into the person she wanted to become. BeMotivity wasn’t part of her plan; it was divine intervention. With the unwavering support of her family, she has spent the last eight years building a vibrant community that continues to fuel her passion.
Today, Elisa feels stronger and more inspired than ever—in her 40s and in the best shape of her life. For her, teaching dance isn’t work; it’s a calling. Every class is a chance to share joy, promote self-care, and connect with her growing tribe, which has become a family.
