Welcome to Paradise!The tropical island of Mauritius is world-famous for its pristine beaches and extensive coral reefs. The African Asia Pacific Choir Games will be a great opportunity for choirs from around the world to experience Mauritius’ beauty, culture and hospitality first-hand!
Due to the island's location in the Indian Ocean and belonging to Africa, this event welcomes choirs from Africa and from the Asia Pacific Region alike, combining the already established Asia Pacific Choir Games with the African continent for the first time.
Port Louis, capital of Mauritius and host city of the event, is a lively place, where all venues are within easy reach. As an example, the Port Louis Old Theatre, the oldest Opera Theatre in the Southern Hemisphere, will open its newly renovated hall to the Choir Games in 2025!
