Welcome to African American Family Day!
Come join us at De Fremery Park Sunday September 6th to celebrate a day packed with fun, celebration, and community. This is a day packed with joy, FREE ENTERTAINMENT, FREE BBQ and lots of love and joy to go around! Spread the word and invite your friends!
The fun starts at 11 am sharp and goes until 6pm. The entire day will be blessed with the vibrant turntables of DJ Leydis, and a host of other performances ranging from Estrelas do Samba, Barakemi Brazilian Band, Motivational Speakers (Brother Bilal, etc), Jermaine McGhee Praise Dance, The Caribbean Allstars, SPULU, The International Apostolic Ethiopian Choir, Financial Guru Nurse Naseema, Rutina's Ethiopian Coffee Experience, King of the Bay T-shirts, Berkely High School Dance Team, Nana BBs Sweets, and many more!
FREE FACE PAINTING & JUMPER / BOUNCY HOUSES for the kids! And FREE MASSAGES provided by Empress Freedom!
Bring a blanket or tent to bask in the glorious sun and fun of this lovely day! All people of all background welcome! Inclusive vibes all day long! See you there!
