AFL Ulster Player Registration 2024

AFL Northern Ireland ask that all players wishing to partake in playing in the 2024 AFL Ulster and associated competitions please complete this player registration form selecting your appropriate team you wish to register for.

Only those players completing this registration will be permitted to partake in AFL Ulster and associated competitions.

Waiver: Australian Rules Football along with all sports carries a risk of injury, AFL Northern Ireland ask that you understand and acknowledge that risk of injury from participating in Australian Rules Football and that you participate in AFL Northern Ireland competitions at your own risk and of your own volition and by signing this Waiver and Release you hereby confirm that you are aware of all the risks associated with your participation.

In view of this you agree that by completing this registration form and Waiver and Release that you hereby expressly agree to assume any and all risks with respect to your participation in AFL Northern Ireland competitions and hereby forever release and discharge AFL Northern Ireland and all other associated parties involved in the competitions from any liability and claim.

If you are signing this Waiver and Release on behalf of someone under the age of 18, you acknowledge that you are their legal guardian and you hereby agree to assume any and all risks with respect to their participation.

In keeping with GDPR regulations by signing this registration form you agree for AFL Northern Ireland to hold record of your information for administration purposes, including in keeping with official AFL registration processes and including national team registration. Outside that stated AFL Northern Ireland will not share your information to others without your prior consent.
