AFL 2026 ADAPTIVE FITNESS CLASS SERIES-$0 Sponsored by the AFL

AFL presents the next FREE classes in their line up for the Adaptive Fitness Community...Original programming designed by the Adaptive Fitness Trainers of DPI Adaptive Fitness, our partners in Adaptive Fitness offerings to our AFL Warriors!

These classes will include Battle Rope Burn, family fitness, resistance bands, boxing, and more with a different trainer each week. Participants may benefit from grip ability to participate effectively or with utilization of a grip aid. Benefits include: Improved endurance, upper body strength, and coordination; improved core strength and stability; increased cardiovascular fitness; and improved balance.

This sign up is for In person participation.

In-Person may be held outdoors as weather permits so please dress appropriately
