We’re so excited to invite you to the grand opening of Afiyah Pilates, a women-only reformer Pilates studio created with intention, comfort, and community at its heart.

Afiyah means wellbeing, ease, and wholeness and that’s exactly what we hope this space brings to every woman who walks through our doors. Afiyah Pilates was created as a place where women can move freely, feel comfortable, and focus fully on themselves in a calm and welcoming environment.

Join us to celebrate the opening of our Mount Albert studio, meet the founders, see the space, and be part of this special milestone with us.
